General
No smoking in the apartment.
No pets of any kind are allowed in the apartment.

Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total is due within 10 days of booking.

The balance is due at least 42 days before the rental period begins. For
bookings made 42 days or less before the rental period begins, the full
balance is due immediately.

A booking confirmation and an apartment information pack will be sent to
you upon receipt of your deposit. Directions and key arrangements will be
confirmed upon receipt of the final balance.

Cancellation
If you cancel your booking, you will be liable for the following cancellation
charge:

Up to 43 days* : 10% of the rental
42 to 29 days* : 50% of the rental
28 to 2 days* : 80% of the rental
1 day or less* : 100% of the rental

You are therefore recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
